Payment
You can pay with:

• VISA, VISA ELECTRON, JCB, MAESTRO and MasterCard

There are no additional fees for payments on the byStroom webshop.

The amount will be withdrawn from your card when the goods are shipped from byStroom. There can never be withdrawn a larger amount of money than the amount you have approved of when ordering.

You can safely use your debit card on the byStroom webshop.

The account information you enter when purchasing goods will be sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. There is no one else that sees or stores information about you. For purchases with a credit card, the money is withdrawn from your account as soon as the goods leave byStroom.


Method of dispatch
You receive a confirmation by email when the purchase goes through and another email once the package is sent to you. All orders are sent by Post Denmark or GLS, so you have the opportunity to follow your package by track and trace. You choose the delivery method, and we send an extra gift if you choose GLS package shop.

Delivery in Denmark all orders are sent free of charge.

Deliveries in Europe will cost from 5 £ or 6 EUR.

Deliveries in other foreign countries cost from 20 £ or 27 EUR.


Delivery
We strive to pack and ship on the same day when the order is received before noon. There may be longer delivery when the goods are backordered. Your payment will, of course, not be withdrawn until the day we ship your order.


Cancellation and returns
When you shop at byStroom you have 30 days to cancel your order. The right runs from the day you receive the goods.

The right to cancel and return can only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity. The right lapses therefor if you use the product in a way which reduces the sales value significantly.

You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept it or by arranging to drop it off in person at our address.

You should send the product securely packaged - along with a copy of the invoice. It is not a requirement, but the expedition goes faster if you fill out our return form. It is also possible to have the item exchanged – just fill out the return form with the item you want to receive instead. It's a good idea to use a shipping method that makes it possible to trace the product in case it is lost during return shipping.

If you want a refund, you will of course get the amount you have paid us back. The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or to your bank account once we have received the product and verified that it meets the requirements for a refund.

The only cost you have when cancelling an order is the postage to send it back to us.

Please note: We do not receive packages sent with COD.

The return policy applies to all goods sold as “distance sales” to private individuals - it does not apply to products sold to businesses.


Warranty
When you shop on byStroom’s webshop you have a 24-month warranty.

This means that you either get a repair, replacement or get a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect on the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice. We ask that you please describe the defect. If your complaint is considered to be justified, we will send a new product to you freight free. If the item is out of stock you can choose another product or get a refund for the amount paid. Remember to apply the registration number and bank account number to which we can transfer the amount.

If the complaint is justified, we ensure removal of the goods with GLS. Please let us know when the pickup suits you.

Please note: We do not receive packages sent with COD.

Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging.

Prices
All prices include VAT and other taxes. Our prices are daily prices. All prices are valid only on the day of ordering.


Privacy Policy
For you to make agreements with us at byStroom we need the following information:

• Name

• Address

• Phone

• E-mail address

We record your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you.

Personal information registered with byStroom is kept for five years, after which the data is deleted.

When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always is with your submitted consent, so that you are aware of exactly what information is collected and why.

The employees at byStroom have access to the information recorded about you.

We do not store customer data encrypted. We do not transmit customer data encrypted.

We will not disclose information to third parties. The data you provide when you shop at byStroom is considered to be confidential and will not be sold under any circumstances to third parties, and we do not record any sensitive or personal information.

If you are registered at byStroom you always have the right to object to the registration. You always have the opportunity to find out what information we have about you. These rights are secured by the Privacy Act. Simply send us an email at info@bystroom.com and state your name and address. You will within 10 days receive an email informing you about the information we have concerning you. If you want us to delete this information, please state this clearly in your email.

 

Information regarding consumer complaint options
Should you have complaint about a product or service purchased from byStroom please contact us at info@bystroom.com first so that we can seek to find a solution together first. As a consumer, you also have the choice to use the European Commission’s online complaint portal. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU Country than the one where your product or service is purchased at. You can register your complaint here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When you make a complaint, please state our email address: info@bystroom.com.


Cookies

On byStroom’s homepage we use cookies in order to optimize the homepage and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can always delete cookies from your computer, how depends on your browser.


Log statistics
We use log statistics on the byStroom homepage, which means that a statistical system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where the site is vacated, etc.
